GET TRAINED by a top trainer/nutritionist - I work with many top models/influencers/NFL cheerleaders and 1000s of women have trusted me with their goals. 

For the 4 week program, we will get you to your EXACT Goal! Just choose the diet plan according to your dietary preferences. The plan you will receive has been tweaked and improved through working with thousands of clients both in person and online. For this I charge $150 for the full 4 weeks but currently $50 off! On top of receiving an exact diet (what to eat meal by meal, macros and a full substitution list), we will be in communication on a regular basis to answer your questions and making sure you are making consistent progress to your goals. 

I also have you send in weekly updates to track progress and for accountability. This is to make sure we are seeing results! Each and every week you’ll have instructions on how to properly send in weekly updates! These will include measurements/ progress photos (if comfortable with doing so) and info needed to see how we are progressing and if what we are doing is working. This way each week I can give my feedback to how you are doing. This is a way for me to personally see your progress each week and for us to constantly stay in communication the whole 4 weeks!

This plan will include a full diet plan, full workouts (AT HOME & AT GYM), a cardio regiment, Ab routine, full vitamin schedule, grocery list, macros listed and so on! Pretty much everything you need to be successful is included! If you don’t have access to a gym, we would have you do at home workouts which comes with videos to make sure you’re doing it all correctly!
